Properties
Create and manage properties
A private property is a three-dimensional (3D) area defined by two corner points (minimum and maximum positions) and marked with a sign. It must be located within a chunk claimed by their town.

General Overview
As of 0.15.6 - Truce period and Public properties, it is possible to create properties held directly by the town. In that case, all payment will be send to the territory.
Owners of a private property has full control over all permissions within the area.
Only trusted players can interact with blocks and items inside the property (such as chests, doors, furnaces, etc.).
Town permissions do not apply inside a private property.

The number of private properties a player can own is limited and can be increased through the town's upgrade panel.
A player must have a sufficient rank within the town that allows property creation in order to claim a private property.
Sale and Rental
A private property can be sold or rented to other players, whether they belong to the town or not.
Certain Relationscan forbid players from renting a property in another town.
When a property is sold or rented, a town tax can be applied, increasing the final price paid by the buyer or tenant. This tax is configurable by the town’s administrators.
Town Authority
Even though a property is owned by a player, Ranks with the "Manage buildings" permission retain certain administrative rights:
They can forcefully remove a renter from a property.
They can delete a property.
