Create and manage properties
A private property is a three-dimensional (3D) area defined by two corner points (minimum and maximum positions) and marked with a sign. It must be located within a chunk claimed by their town.

General Overview
- As of 0.15.6 - Truce period and Public properties, it is possible to create properties held directly by the town. In that case, all payment will be send to the territory. 
- Owners of a private property has full control over all permissions within the area. 
- Only trusted players can interact with blocks and items inside the property (such as chests, doors, furnaces, etc.). 
- Town permissions do not apply inside a private property. 
- Property owners can grant trust to other players, giving them full access to all interactions within the property. 
- The number of private properties a player can own is limited and can be increased through the town's upgrade panel. 
- A player must have a sufficient rank within the town that allows property creation in order to claim a private property. 
Sale and Rental
- A private property can be sold or rented to other players, whether they belong to the town or not. 
- Certain Relationscan forbid players from renting a property in another town. 
- When a property is sold or rented, a town tax can be applied, increasing the final price paid by the buyer or tenant. This tax is configurable by the town’s administrators. 
Town Authority
- Even though a property is owned by a player, Ranks with the "Manage buildings" permission retain certain administrative rights: - They can forcefully remove a renter from a property. 
- They can delete a property.
