Manage balance between income and spendings

Every territory owns a treasury. Several spendings of a territory can substract money out of the territory treasury.

Some action are single time (eg : donations) while other are daily (eg : salaries). It is possible to get insights on daily spendings from the treasury header.

Incomes

  • Flat tax : Towns : from players Regions : from towns

  • Private property taxes (Towns only) : % tax on every property sold % tax on every property rented

  • Donation Direct donation from a player's own balance

Spendings

  • Chunk upkeep A territory could face cost to upkeep its territory. If the amount cannot be paid. An amount of chunks will be unclaimed every day (base 5%)

  • Rank salaries Ranks can be set to receive a daily salary.

  • Creating a region as a town Creation a larger territory from one will require a certain amount of money.

  • Retrieving money out of a town Ranks with the correct authorisation can retrieve money out of the town.

  • Changing territory name Renaming a territy can cost a certain amount of money (base : 100)
