Every territory owns a treasury. Several spendings of a territory can substract money out of the territory treasury.
Some action are single time (eg : donations) while other are daily (eg : salaries). It is possible to get insights on daily spendings from the treasury header.

Ranks with the correct authorisation can retrieve money out of the town.
